Introduction
Welcome to Blendy. This platform is operated by Blendy Technologies Limited, a company registered in London, UK. By using our platform or attending our events, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Event Registrations and Reservations
* Registrations for events open on different days depending on the type of event:
* Dinner Events: Open on Wednesday at 12:00 AM and close on Tuesday at 11:59 PM.
* Drink Events: Open on Thursday at 12:00 AM and close on Wednesday at 11:59 PM.
* Brunch Events: Open on Friday at 12:00 AM and close on Thursday at 11:50 PM.
* Group details for events are available one day before the event in the morning, and venue information becomes visible at 12:00 PM on the same day.
* Users must register exclusively through the Blendy app or at www.blendy.app. Registrations made through other platforms or channels will not be accepted or refunded.
Refund Policy
One-Time Participation Payments
* If a user cancels their registration before the registration deadline, they will receive an automatic refund within 1-3 business days, depending on store policies.
Subscription Payments
* Subscriptions are non-refundable once payment has been processed.
* Users can cancel their subscription through the app store they used for the purchase, and no further payments will be charged.
* Upon cancellation, subscriptions will not renew automatically.
Event Participation
* Participants are responsible for their own bills at the venue.
* Blendy provides recommendations for meeting venues; however, the venues are not under Blendy’s management, and Blendy assumes no responsibility for:
* Venue conditions, policies, or rules.
* Incidents or issues that occur at the venue.
* Venues are periodically evaluated based on user feedback. Venues with consistently poor feedback may be removed from Blendy’s recommendations.
* Participants are encouraged to review and comply with the specific policies and rules of each venue.
Conduct and Safety
* Blendy reserves the right to terminate the membership of any user who violates these terms and conditions without any liability or refund.
* Users are responsible for their behavior and actions during events.
* Blendy encourages participants to report inappropriate behavior, safety concerns, or violations of these terms to info@blendy.app.
Data Protection
* Blendy operates in compliance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).
* User data is securely stored and encrypted.
* No personal data is shared with third parties.
* For more information on how your data is processed, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Liability
* Blendy is not liable for any damages, injuries, losses, or disputes arising from:
* Participation in Blendy events.
* The behavior or actions of other participants.
* Incidents or disputes that occur at the venues.
* Blendy solely provides a platform to connect users, create group suggestions using software, and recommend venues.
* By participating, users agree that they are responsible for their own safety, behavior, and interactions during events.
Modification of the Terms and Conditions
Blendy reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or app notifications.
